Groups
The idea of meeting with a group of people to address challenges in your life may either excite you or terrify you, but the benefits are worth your consideration. Groups help people to feel seen, supported, and connected. Far from being alone, groups help people to recognize that they are not the only one struggling with a particular issue. It can be especially healing to practice engaging in relationships in a new way - learning to trust, to be vulnerable, and to receive help. Groups can also be a financially accessible option for obtaining support. You can learn more about the groups offered by reading below, and by scheduling a free Group Screening Interview.
Group registration is open until filled. Groups will be capped at 8 participants.
